I'm Emily Murphy, the 7th grade art teacher at JMS. This is my 7th year in this position, and my eighth year teaching art in Texas. In addition to earning my teacher's certification at SFASU in Nacogdoches, I also grew up there and earned my Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree at that same state university.

My classroom supports the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, cooking and spending as much time as possible outdoors!
