Mrs. Carr's Home Page

This year is coming to such an odd end. As I clean out my room, I realize how much I miss you all.

I looked at our social contracts and thought about taking a picture of each of your signatures to save because you are gone so abruptly.

On my wall, no matter where I teach, are always my student quilts (the colorful squares). I actually started this my second year teaching. Every student designs their own square. I piece them together. No matter where I go I take a reminder of all the lives that have touched my heart over the years. Often I find students looking for siblings, cousins, or friends on my wall.

I don't have a quilt for this year's class and it just breaks my heart. Please help and send me a square for my wall. The squares are 4.5 inches by 5.5 inches. You can draw and color your name or make a picture. You can even write about quarantine. Then drop it off in the Cherokee box at the school or email me a picture of it.
